You are entitled, under the Data Protection Act, to see a copy of any information we hold on you. We are happy to supply such information to you upon written request. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held on a secure, password-protected server. Only authorised personnel may access it. This is in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

Some services are provided to moneyQuest by authorised third parties such as processing business or obtaining compliance or regulatory advice, which warrant the disclosure of more than just your basic contact details. You agree that personal information held by moneyQuest may be disclosed on a confidential basis, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, to any such third parties. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
