We want our service to be the best it can be!

To make this happen we actively seek feedback from all of our clients, asking them to rate their moneyQuest experience. This feedback is then used to produce our star rating, which shows exactly what our customers think about us.

We listen to all of our customers - their feedback is used to perfect our service; it's shared across all areas and used to pinpoint areas for improvement, or indeed things performing well. This is what drives our strategy and determination to excel above industry expectations.

The mortgage advice is free up to the point of completion, whereupon a fee is payable which will vary depending on your circumstances.  Our fee will be £195, unless you have an impaired credit history, in which case our fee will be £395 or £995, dependant on your individual circumstances. We will also be paid a commission from the lender.
