To make this happen we actively seek feedback from all of our clients, asking them to rate their moneyQuest experience. This feedback is then used to produce our star rating, which shows exactly what our customers think about us.
We listen to all of our customers - their feedback is used to perfect our service; it's shared across all areas and used to pinpoint areas for improvement, or indeed things performing well. This is what drives our strategy and determination to excel above industry expectations.
